• VASTUSTHAPATYAM may offer a free trial for selected services or features.
• Free trials are provided on a limited-time basis and may be withdrawn at any time.
• No refunds are applicable for free trial usage.

• Certain services may require advance payment, subscription fees, or service charges.
• All charges will be clearly communicated before payment.
• Payments must be made through authorized payment methods only.

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate or incorrect payment due to technical error
• Payment made for a service that was not delivered

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Completed consultations or site visits
• Successful property transactions
• Change of mind after service initiation

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Users may request cancellation of a paid service before service delivery begins.
• Once a service (consultation, visit, negotiation) has started, cancellation may not be allowed.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to propertyguruckk@gmail.com.

VASTUSTHAPATYAM reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if:

• Fraudulent or misleading information is provided
• Terms and Conditions are violated
• Misuse or abuse of services is identified

Account termination does not automatically entitle users to a refund.
